Our service requires you to pay up front by May 15th for the Summer season if you are able to do so. We need some money to get started every Spring. Boxes begin mid-June and go thru mid-October, for a 16-week Season. Not included in the pre-paid CSA season are early Spring Boxes and late fall boxes, including Thanksgiving Turkeys and a Thanksgiving Produce Box. If you are on our Newsletter emailing list you will hear about those as they come up!

The boxes are delivered in the Roaring Fork Valley on Wednesdays. We drop boxes to your home up and down the Roaring Fork Valley, including Woody Creek, Old Snowmass, Snowmass Village, Aspen, El Jebel, Basalt, Carbondale and Glenwood Springs. We would consider another town, if we had at least 20 customers there. Drop-off time varies, due to Nature, traffic and the occasional glitches involved with businesses. We try to do all drops every Wednesday, between 11am and 6 pm. You do not need to be home. Most folks like us to put the food in their fridges or on their kitchen counter if we find the fridge too full, and we are happy to do that! (we are not to crazy about mean dogs, however) Some folks leave an ice chest on their porch and this also works well.

Along with the most amazingly fresh food, you will receive a newsletter filled with recipes for your box that week and healthy, easy tips and nutrition tidbits. Enjoy! and do spread the word if you are happy!

Boxes are $42 week, plus $8 Delivery, making it $ 816 w/ tax for the Full 16-Week Season. Paying up front allows us to buy seed, hire help, make repairs and give us assurance that you want the food we will grow for you. If you can’t make the payment up front, then let us know, by all means, and if we are not too strapped, we will work out a payment plan with you. By Volume, you can imagine a Paper Grocery Bag full to the brim during the Peak Summer and Fall weeks, and a little less in Early Summer. We recommend at least 2 people for a share, find a friend to share with if you are one person!

Every Box will have a mix of Greens, Herbs, Fruits and Vegetables fresh from our farm and other farms in our area. Some of our farms our not certified organic, but all of our farmers grow naturally, organically or bio-dynamically, free of pesticides, gmo’s and other ridiculous planet and people harming additives.
