Upper Floor Room rates are double-occupancy and include a full, local organic breakfast. Our farmhouse has four upstairs bedrooms that share 2 Baths.
	Queen Beet Room Queen-sized bed with views of the mountains and our side yard. $100, upstairs, shared bath
	Enchanted Forest Room Queen-sized bed with a a window overlooking the side yard. $100, upstairs, shared bath
	Poppy Sunrise RoomKing-sized bed with a large closet and window overlooking the breakfast yard.   $100, upstairs, shared bath
	Sunflower-Honeycomb Room Two single beds. Views of the mountains and our breakfast yard. $100, upstairs, shared bath
Main Floor On the main floor, we have two suites, each with its own bathroom, renting for $135 a night with local, organic breakfast included. We also offer a large apartment suite called The Wyld House. Its on the wing of the farmhouse so it offers privacy and has an enclosed backyard. The Wyld House also offers a separate bedroom, its own bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. It sleeps 4 comfortably with a king sized bed, a twin bed and a sofa sleeper. It’s a nice couples suite or small family. The price is $145 for two people and $15 extra per person for 3 or 4. We don’t mind well-behaved Pets spending the night in it either!
	King Cottonwood King-sized bed, just off the sitting room. $140, main floor, private bath
	White Iris Queen Suite Sitting area, Desk and queen-sized bed. We also have a twin bed in this room. Rate is for 2 people. There is a $15 charge for a 3rd person. $140, main floor, private bath

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel between now and 2 weeks prior to your reservation date, we will charge you 25% of your visit with us.

If you cancel within 2 weeks of your reservation date, we will charge you 50% of your stay with us.

Cancellations within 3 or less days of reservation will be charged full price of stay.

The Dog Rules

We do allow well-behaved dogs in 2 of our Wing Rooms, our Wyld House and our White Iris.

We have a few rules though……..

1.   We free-range our chickens and ducks nightly from 4 to dark, so your dogs can not run free during that time if they are prone to chasing chickens and ducks.

2.   We also have a German Shepherd. He is friendly, he gets along with other dogs and this is his home. His name is Paco. If he doesn’t get on with your dogs, or your dogs don’t get along with him, then you need to keep yours on a leash.

3.   Also, In fairness to our other guests, if your dog barks or whines when left alone, then you will need to take your dog with you when you go sight seeing, eating out, visiting, etc.

Lastly, we do ask for a $50 dollar credit card deposit for cleaning/damage. Upon your departure if all is clean, as far as the dogs go and there is no damage, then you will get your deposit back, or part of it, depending on what we find! If $ 50 doesn’t cover all cleaning/damage then your card will be charged for full costs concurred by your dogs.
